Low season : from april 1st till nov. 30st 2005

• 55 euros / day, minimum 3 days,
• 300 euros / week,
• for stays longer than 2 weeks, please contact us for special rates.
  

High season : from dec. 1st 2005 till march 31st 2006 (except New Year's Eve and Carnival periods)

• 80 euros / day, minimum 3 days,
• 450 euros / week,
• for stays longer than 2 weeks, please contact us for special rates.
  

• New Year's Eve 2005-2006 : dec. 24th 2005 till jan. 2nd 2006

• 120 euros / day, minimum 5 days,
• 10 day package, 1000 euros.
  

• Carnival 2006 : feb. 23th till march 5th 2006

• 175 euros / day, minimum 5 days,
• 10-day carnival package, 1500 euros.

We will get back to you within 24 hours to 48 hours and send you detailed information about the studio and the rental contract.

2. Secure your reservation :

To secure a reservation, we require payment of 50% of the value of your booking (non-refundable/non-transferable) payable by :

• Checks
• Bank wire
• Online credit card payment
• Online payment using Paypal (www.paypal.com)

3. Acknowledgment

Once we have received your initial payment, we will send you a rent receipt, with all the necessary information (apartment street address, apartment's telephone number and our representatives telephone numbers) and balance due information. We will also ask you to provide us information on your flight and arrival time (if already known).

4. Final Payment

Balance is payable :

• Upon arrival (cash or traveller's checks, Euros or US$)
• With a wire transfer or credit card 30 days before departure.

5. Security deposit

The fully refundable security deposit is payable either together with the final payment or in cash upon arrival. Refunded in cash at check out. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.

6. Cancellation

If a booking is canceled at any time after it has been confirmed, all moneys paid by Clients prior to cancellation will be forfeited. No money will be returned to Clients. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Prices are fully inclusive !

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay.

Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Since we have your flight information, our representative will be checking its status in real time and be at the apartment right on time. Most of the time, you will be able to check-in upon arrival. In the case previous customers are leaving the same day you arrive, check-in will be after 2:00 pm.

For your information, it usually takes 1:30 to 2:00 hours between landing, customs clearance, luggage pickup, public transportation or taxi to Ipanema, if you arrive from the International Airport.

If you arrive from Santos Dumont National Airport, located downtown, it will take you about 1:00 hour.
